RiRi and C. Breezy Back Together???

"Uh, we were just playing around...Duh!"

"Uh, we were just playing around...Duh!"

This just in, apparently they’re back together!?!?

Check this out:

The pair have reunited almost three weeks after Brown, 19, allegedly battered the “Umbrella” singer on Feb. 8, a source tells PEOPLE. “They’re together again. They care for each other,” says the source. The on-again couple are currently spending time together at one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’s homes.
Adds the source: “While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves.”

Really? After all of that and especially this, what is going on through RiRi’s head? Did the b-day gifts really work? Does she feel sorry for Chris?  Is this a stint to attempt to clear his name? Is she slowly losing her mind? Thoughts?

Marbury Joins Boston Celtics

Marbury signs with Celtics

After a rocky year with the New York Knicks, Stephon Marbury and the Knicks agree to part ways and Starbury signs with the Boston Celtics. He’ll be joining the already stacked and harmonious trio Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen who helped the Celtics capture the championship last year.

After skipping games and taking a leave of absence after his father passed away in December 2007 followed by a season ending ankle injury with the Knicks, he received a warm welcome complete with a standing ovation when he made his debut as a Celtic on Friday. The Celtics beat the Indiana Pacers 104-99.

Starbury is expected to earn $1.2 million from the Boston Celtics for the remainder of the NBA season. The Miami Heat were also interested in signing Marbury, but the Celtics shut out the Heat with their financial offer for Marbury.

Spotlight – SHAD

Meet Shad K, a dope canadian hip hop artist. A lot of people may not know this, but his 2005 debut album When This Is Over was self made and financed with the money ($17,500) he won from 91.5 The Beat’s Rhythm of the Future talent competition during he was a student and undergraduate at Wilfrid Laurier University. He’s also an accomplished freestyler with the ability to drop flows at the drop of a hat.

In 2007, Shad was signed to Black Box Recordings and soon released his second album, The Old Prince in 2008. His style has been compared to K-OS and Common, all having a laid back swagger and precise delivery. One of my personal favourite tracks is, “I Don’t Really Like To” from his latest album. Rihanna Seen On the Beach in Mexico

Here’s Rihanna getting some sun in Punta Mita Mexico on a secluded beachside villa. Her reps led everyone to believe that she flew out to Barbados after the whole incident with Chris Brown, when turns out, RiRi spent most of her time in Mexico. Sources are saying singer Whitney Houston offered some words of encouragement for RiRi telling her to forget about Chris Brown and that RiRi should avoid making the same mistakes that Whitney has in the past.7747cf05

It’s reported that for her birthday last week, Chris Brown bought her a diamond necklace, bracelet and Ipod Touch. He also attempted to call her and wish her a happy birthday, but there’s no word on if she accepted the call. The photo’s of her on the beach reveal her sadness. Also, her hair is covering her forehead where her bumps and bruises were. Should RiRi forgive Chris or is he just trying to buy back her love? Thoughts?

Neither T-Pain, above, nor his trademark top hat nor his Vocoder device will be at a concert in Guyana after he was threatened with kidnapping or death, The Associated Press reported. T-Pain, the Florida-born hip-hop and R&B performer whose real name is Faheem Najm, was scheduled to perform a concert in that South American nation on Monday night as part of its Mashramani festival, which celebrates Guyana’s independence from Britain. But the show’s promoter canceled the event after receiving what he said were “credible death and kidnapping threats” against T-Pain via e-mail messages and telephone calls. A police commander for the area told The A.P. that the local authorities were investigating.

Now, my question is why exactly? Maybe some people don’t appreciate his love for the vocoder auto-tune device? His top hats? His interesting fashion choices? Maybe he’s just become a ‘pain’ to some. Is that really enough to want to harm somebody? Of course not. But whatever irksome thing that T-Pain has done, Guyana aint feeling it.
