Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad Of Gay Tony (Video Game Trailer)

So the title is a bit questionable, but I look forward to all things Grand Theft Auto.  The Ballad of Gay Tony from Rockstar is the second DLC (Downloadable Content)  for GTA 4, you play as Luis Lopez, an assistant to a gay nightclub manager Tony Prince.  Grand Theft Auto 4:  The Balled of Gay Tony is available for download from Xbox Live Marketplace on October 29th.

It’s Michael Jackson’s Birthday (August 29th)

Today, Michael Jackson would have turned 51.  MJ’s father Joe Jackson had mentioned that the body of his son would finally be buried in a private ceremony on his birthday.  But, there are now reports that the Jackson family has rescheduled funeral service for September 3, because some family members did not want to bury the star on his birthday.

Understandably so.

Michael Joseph Jackson was born on August 29 in Gary, Indiana. He started his career at the age of 5 with Jacksons 5ive, later launching his solo career that made him the most prominent entertainer in decades.

There are a few events planned to mark Michael Jackson’s birthday:

–Michael Jackson birthday benefit concert is set to be held today at the Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on August 29.

–Michael Jackson’s birthday bash will be held in New York. The public celebration will be held in Prospect Park on Saturday and will be free to attend. Thousands of people are expected to show up. The event was organized by director Spike Lee. August 29 will now be the official Michael Jackson Day in Brooklyn.

DJ AM Found Dead

Sources said drug paraphernalia was found in the apartment and cops are looking into whether it was an overdose.

Barker’s ex-wife, Playmate Shanna Moakler, responded to news of DJ AM’s death on Twitter, writing, “My deepest condolences for DJ AM, you were a great artist and will be severely missed. My thoughts and Prayers to his family and friends.”

DJ AM’s last post on Twitter, dated Tuesday, was a line from a Grandmaster Flash song: “New york, New York. Big city of dreams, but everything in New York ain’t always what it seems.”

“Sources tell us he was found in his apartment at around 5:20 PM. We’re told drug paraphernalia was found at the scene.

Our sources say DJ AM had not been seen or heard from for a few days — one of his friends went to check on him, but got no response after knocking on his apartment door.”

Wow, that’s just crazy.  After surviving a plane crash, now this…  I guess no one’s lives are guaranteed.

RIP DJ AM.

Michael Vick Plays First NFL Game As An Eagle

Playing his first NFL and wearing his traditional number 7, the Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick recieved a standing ovation and avoided all the protests.  Vick completed four passes for 19 yards in Philadelphia.

The Eagles beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 33-32.
